Pros
The mounts are removeable, so it only took a few minutes to rearrange them to my liking. The trim bezel also fits snug with no gaps. My only complaint is that the knobs are round so you can't put a socket on them for tightening or loosening.

There is the option of threading the wire directly onto the posts instead of using banana plugs but i would not recommend this as you may cut your wire

The plate isnt a standard switch plate though as it fits very tight

Notice in my photo how the terminals are misaligned and inconsistently assembled

If you want hard wired then you are going to have 8 wired on wall side and will want them all having similar input placement into the posts so its not jacked up

The only issue i had was that the corners of the plug plate had to be lightly sanded to round them off more otherwise the cover plate wouldnt fit over it correctly
