A nice ratcheting wrench with the proper socket for the hex nuts was included
However the shelving and quality of the lock are very cheap
All the reviews and customer feedback i read on the internet gave good marks for product quality and the product lived up to its reputation

It was easy for me to arrange for delivery after receipt receipt of the safe at the destination shipping terminal
The shipping company snapsafe used was outstanding
I did eventually contact him when i hadnt received the expected shipping confirmation

The fire proof insulation is a blanket of something like fiberglass and much lighter than the sheet rock type insulation in other safes

On my safe the space between the door and the front of the frame is not consistent by about 14 to 38 in one corner compared to the rest of the frame

The door is almost flush with the front of the frame in this one corner and the door is recessed deeper within the rest of the frame to resist attack with a pry tool so this is a weak spot

There was no fireproof seal around the door but instead what looks like a peel and stick material which is not sticking as well as id like
