Packaging/appearance

I have used the staedtler mars technico cylindrical sharpener for a long time but it is a lot bigger and leaks shavings constantly

Since it only opens for the 2mm lead its also great for sharpening leads that you use which do not fit in the staedtler tub

The staedtler tub is more efficient but is bulky and leaks black dust everywhere

That said for sitting down to draw at home the staedtler tub is far more efficient

Competitiveness

Seriously much better than the staedler blue “desk” model

It’s a lot smaller than it looks in the pictures imo but so far its worth the price
