This book takes the complexity out of the subject and concisely gets straight to the point. My only negatives are that i looked at the authors other books, and they are the same stuff restated in different ways.

Cons
Doing the knee activation exercises exacerbated my slight knee discomfort to full-on pain. Not much nuts and bolts instruction. Perhaps i misunderstood the exercises but now my mobility is really impaired.

I have been to multiple chiropractors physical therapists massage therapists and you name it with no relief

I had relief with dry needling and my last pt giving me some exercises but it still would flare up anytime i ran for 2 minutes tried a squat or deadlift or any activity out of the ordinary

I finaly gave up saw a doctor who put me on steroids and muscle relaxers
