Pros
It's very thin and light-weight, easy to carry in a pocket or purse. It provides enough light for any hand held book while not disturbing the person trying to sleep beside you.
Perfect for use with my kindle touch and a normal book. I attach it to the back of my ebook case and with the right angle it gives me perfect readability.
Great item. Good price. This is really handy.
I have a lighted case but this is my backup. Wakes me up sometimes.
Cons
Hinge fails over time since it's held in place by friction. All you'll see when you try to cover the entire page by bending the top of the head upward is the horrible glare of the two bright leds in your eyes.

I also used it on a paperback with the same results
I am known to read at night and have gone through hundreds of book lights only to be disappointed with the quality and functionality
My son was very happy with this good quality book light which was a christmas gift

But this light is very bright when you consider the cost
However i cant speak to how durable it is because we havent had them long enough but the price was right

Lastly the box it came in was very dirty im not talking about the amazon box but the actually packaging you see in the picture

Ive had other lights the last had a button that easily turned the light on if anything accidentally brushed against it in my bag so the batteries somewhat expensive were always running down

The downside is because of the nature of the clip it leaves indentations on the pages of the book

It used to fail about the time the first set of batteries failed
