Pros
I have to use my other hand to push the connector in farther and it is perfect. I naturally try to grip with my thumb, which eventually causes stress.
Cons
The design is defective, and i think microsoft is well aware of the defect. Is probably a bad idea to purchase electronics from a 3rd party on amazon.

Microsoft will honor the 3 year warranty but since its discontinued they only offer back the amount in microsoft store credit where this is not available
