The charge usually held for approximately 48 hours when the gps was not on

It is currently slightly over a year old and all the information on the internet states that this is a common issue pictures that others have posted show the crack in the same place as mine and that microsoft has not stood behind this problem

I am really frustrated in that i really like the product but i cannot enjoy it when it doesnt work
