Pros

The pill works well to eliminate the cramping and bloating i usually experience. I have trouble swallowing hard tablets that are too big, but these are not too big.

Highly recommended. This product works and have ordered more than once. It arrived as expected.

This one also comes with a tablet that has prebiotics and fiber. Packaging in of itself seems bulky at first but is very convenient.
