As i stepped through the pairing process i found it impossible to successfully pair to the bose for some reason

I reached out to miccus rtx manufacturer for some help and received a prompt response from a gentleman named thomas who then asked some questions to get a better picture of my situation

Thomas suggested i reach out to bose which i did but was unable to reach bose directly

Im happy to say that the firmware upgrade worked perfectly and the rtx connected without an issue
