Cons

The orijen is probably a higher quality food than the merrick, but is less human palatable. My dogs had explosive diarrhea and i had to stop feed them this. Too $ for every meal).

Merrick knowingly sells defective packaging and informed me that they won't be fixing the issue. Unfortunately the distributor has a no return policy. Turns out that dog food is non-returnable.

Merrick tastes kind of like a beefy wheat *. They start like a pimple and turn into dry crusty spots that flake off.

My picky beagle who only likes to eat in private came out of the shadows ate with the family it was a smell and taste she couldnt resist
