Honestly that could happen at actual shoe stores and amazon offered to fix it i decided to go to rei since i had to go there anyways so amazon gave me a full refund after i mailed the shoes back

Only the right one though the left boot remained dry inside so i assume its caused by some kind of defect in the waterproofing process

Regardless these boots are so comfortable im going to keep using them ill just use some waterproofing spray on them but its disappointing to have to after expecting them to be waterproof
