This is what the hospital's maternity ward recommended to me when i was in recovery and dealing with an overzealous breast feeder. Must buy if breastfeeding/ pumping. The best * cream.

This is more like a sav. It works wonderfully. It lasts awhile!

Cons

Did not keep up and follow instruction so had pain. It's really sticky and feels like putting ear wax or old honey on your *. I much prefer earth mama * butter which is buttery and smooth.
