Unless i somehow got 2 bad batches, this eyeliner smudges worse than dollar store eyeliners. If you're inexperienced with gel liner, stay away.
Unless you're into the whole raccoon looks then this product is for you. Description is a lie.
It pulls at your skin when you're trying to get it into place. It's also not creamy to apply. Very hard to apply evenly.
