It's not a flaw of the massager though, i'm just sort of weak ha! It really helps. Exceeded my expectations.
Cons
I find it cumbersome to use with consistency. Neither an environmentally nor economically a sound investment.

I purchased from amazon but it was not directly from brookstone so not covered by brookstone warranty

It defaults to high so be careful using it when you first turn it on

This thumping also restricts its use to thicker tissue areas of the body as application to a boney location would prove painful

The two nodes of this unit easily pass on either side of your spine and get the heavier tissue areas there
