Had these for over a month now and still cant belive how comfortable my shoes are the insoles the shoes came with lasted about 2 weeks comming out when u took your shoes off but these are great will be buying more for other shoes only thing i find is that if u cut slightly smaller than the shoe size then when u walk they do move a lot but if u take u shoe off amd move back they are fine
