Pros
Bench is very sturdy and well-constructed. Main concern is the tripod nature of the bench. Over all, this gear feels solid and nicely built.

All parts are labeled and sorted on shrink wrapped cardboard, making identification easy. Easy to assemble, took me about 1 hour. Great value for the money. Great way to make your own mutter.
Cons
This weight bench is extremely flimsy and dangerous. Makes it hard to do my workout. The bench is too high and makes balancing yourself on the bench a real problem when doing weighted sets.
The seat / back rest are made from cheap plywood. Seat has a thin 3/8 thick plywood that wobbles like a gyroscope.

Its exactly what youd expect and does the job but the bench is easy to tip if not centered and my preacher curl rest sits facing a couple degrees to the right

It would be better if the bar catches did not stick out so far because its too easy to hit them when youre pushing the bar up

If you slide your body farther down before you start then the bar is a little awkward to lift so the solution is really making the bar catches slightly shorter
