I have another manual burr grinder which looks more business like but is too short and wide so it has to be held awkwardly while the handle is rotated

I tightened it until the ceramic parts seemed to be just barely making contact then backed off the adjustment a tiny amount

The grinder itself is made of stainless steel and feels very high quality not the cheap painted plastic some others have on amazon
