It says that you should wear it for 3040 minutes or something until you sweat and even when i wore it all night i didnt sweat much i dont know how much you are supposed to but whatever again it might have been just because it doesnt fit right

Sorry i didnt like it at all doesnt fit your face right pulls your hair and i tried every way to do my hair so i felt with it and it didnt work at all i dont recommend it at all
