It also soothes some morning achiness. He's had trouble with severe leg cramps during the night for years especially in his inner thigh. Within a minute or two the cramps stop.
Cons
The marketing on this one is nice though, but prob not worth the extra money. Also, the 1200 positive reviews or whatever are definitely fake. Do not recommend for these reasons.
Overcoming this layer in significant quantities is only possible for lipophilic substances. I believe this is because it is very dilute!

Most people are magnesium deficient this does not cause diarrhea like pills can
