I have small ears so i find i have to pinch off a little bit of the silicone for them to fit in my ear properly

The sound cancellation is also just what i wanted most noise is blocked out but i can still hear someone if i am having face to face conversation

My boyfriend loves these because he has ear issues and he surfs with them they dont come out even while surfing an he can actually reuse them
