I own their has10 model and after roughly a year and half i had a problem with one ear shorting out and they took care of it even though it wasnt under warranty anymore

The materials are very average then again these are replacing my old audio technicas that got destroyed by a toddler so i may just be spoiled theyre comfy enough and i can comfortably wear them for a few hours even on long walks and though the uncoiled cable was extremely flimsy the coiled cable is really well made and makes me think i just got one defective part
