Pros
Luxe bidet neo 120 is a must buy for ones who want to maintain hygiene. It's a life changer. It also helps with the use of less toilet paper in my septic tank.
Cons
The nozzle is supposed to eject/withdraw when the water pressure is increased with the knob. But this one is very weak, and the knob doesn't increase the pressure at all. Wasted 2 hours but still failed to stop the water leakage from the tee joint.
The provider connector is bad it damaged my 2 toilet fill valves. And it's so annoying to clean where it attaches to the toilet. I use a q-tip to get into the nooks and crannies but it's not clean enough. Fidgeting around on the toilet can also break ... Read More
It's not very adaptable. Difficult to install. Ruined my christmas dream of my own bidet.

We’ve had this bidet for a year and a half now and although mostly my hubby uses it and we both love having a bidet i find this particular bidet difficult to deep clean
