Also i noticed with this blue box vs the red the red boxs strips are much thicker while this one the strips are thinner similar to crest whitestrips

Apply on the front of the teeth first before wrapping around to the back of your teeth and press down pretty hard to get the strip to contour to your teeth

It did a great job actually whitening my teeth but the product itself wasnt my favorite

They do the job same as the well known teeth whiteners why not try same thing
