Most lucid dreaming books are copies of laberges work or filled with induction techniques that just dont work

I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is interested in lucid dreaming but has not already become lucid

There is a whole chapter on intent and surrendering to your lager awareness the authors state that beginners tend to think they control the dream this is not true

Again as in the first book he mentions the lack of complete control and the use of surfers and the ocean metaphor is employed but fails at providing a lucid thought of what cancant be controlled and why leaving the reader confused
