The main issue with most of them is that the speakers are usually tiny and cheap amp used in the devices arent the greatest so you usually end up with either loud but very distorted sound poor quality or decent sound but the volume is very low

After a few minutes getting my mind around the thing with the help of the manual which is quite sufficient to get up and running with but could do with being slightly more detailed for those who like that the speaker was producing surprisingly gorgeous sound from my iphone and my ipad in both modes via airplay on my home wifi and via the independent wifi point it the unit can create for when one is out of wifi range
