    I take a lot of other supplements for various health reasons and i was having trouble swallowing because of the gerd so some days i just didnt want to swallow all those pills more than once or at all

    The numbers for the last 3 readings including the postheart savior readings in august 2020 are as followstotal 2017 167 112019 182 august 2020 183triglycerides 2017 51 112019 66 august 2020 88hdl 2017 84 112019 59 august 2020 59ldl 2017 85 112019 66 august 2020 66so that is the end of phase 1 just getting the numbers down
