The other cushions ive used have not provided that they squash down when you sit on them so while there is less stress on the spine than simply sitting in a chair there still is stress

The only complaint i have is that on the slick wood chair the soft fabric slides around a little but its a small price to pay to rearrange

A suggestion make an easily removable cover more like a pillow case
