It is hands down the absolute worst typing keyboard i have ever used

My last 3 keyboards were made by madcatz and typing on those were like a dream
This replaced my corsair k95 rgb platinum and it completely blows it out of the water
It is for my new pc instead of just swapping parts i now have 2 pcs for in household gaming competitions
Logitechs software is much more user friendly then its competitors another reason im glad i switched

I contacted logitech support to file a warranty claim

After providing your basic information you will be asked to record a short video showing the ghub settings the keys affected by the issue and the serial number under the keyboard and upload the video to youtube or google drive as well as take photo of the device showing its serial number sn along with a handwritten note of your ticket number

Now there is a good reason they ask you to do this they dont require you to send back the faulty keyboard so they want sufficient proof that you arent trying to scam them which is understandable

Overall it took 5 days of communication back and forth from my initial contact to exchange all necessary information and proof for the claim to begin its processing and approval phase

The processing and approval phase was supposed to take no longer then 3 days according to support

So in the end it took about 3 and half weeks from first contact for my replacement to be delivered

For that reason im leaving a favorable review but im giving them 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons the lengthy warranty claim process and for having a defective product to begin with
