We had a small leak and were caught in the middle of 2 contractors another roofer who said our solar panel installation was the cause and the solar company who said we needed a new roof because the seams were bad even though our current roof is just 1 year old

It also shows how the other contractors jumped to conclusions about who was to blame and were more interested in avoiding warranty repairs than giving me an honest and thoughtful assessment

Caveat to this review we ultimately decided to wait to get our roof done due to issues unrelated to our experience with roof repair specialist
