I only wish the magnets were reversed so that the one that goes on the phone would allow it to stick to say a fridge

This particular mount also holds tighter on the vent so it is less likely that you will pull it out and take it with you when you grab your phone

Though when i attached the round plate to the back of the phone directly it only lasted about 6 times before the magnetic pull from the unit pulled the plate off the phone

So due to the thickness of the case the magnetic strength to the plate is severly impacted through the rubberized outer

The phone sticks to the magnet and does not fall at all
