Pros

This is a great brand too, it’s one of the few brands my doc recommends for purity. It was delivered promptly and was a good value for the money. I'm excited to see the results end of the month.

The niacin flush reminds me of what experienced when i was jogging three miles a day --can't do it at present. As my body acclimates after taking it regularly, i rarely experience flushing.

I’ve never purchased this brand of vitamin though am very happy with the purchase and the value for the price

Have tried different niacin 500 mg flashing to save few dollars but felt different and not as effective as life extension brand

Didn’t even know niacin could have this effect and other brands did nothing
