This capsule only has 10 mg of pqq instead of the maximum daily dose of 20 but i purchased this one at the lower dose intentionally because it is known to have the side effect of itching skin irritations and rashes especially if the version you purchase has bioperine

So whereas i wanted him to be able to increase the dosage to two pills a day at 20 mg i told him just to stay at 10 mg a day maybe 56 dayswk lest he get a fullblown rash like my friend did while using a different brand
