Pros
The only disappointing thing about this set is the packaging. It harks back to the old open-ended lego sets of a few decades ago. It is expensive, but it's so nice having new, clean bricks again.

I was a little disappointed about no instructions on how to build some the stuff but that just means figuring it out on your own

The only disappointing thing about this set is the packaging once upon a time a set like this would have come in a box covered in pictures of imaginatively designed models that could be built with the contents of the box

This box has only a few very disappointing pictures that show little creativity in lego building

No doubt lego wants to sell their expensive books with pictures of elaborate lego models rather than inspiring their lego customers for no extra income

As other reviews have noted amazon does not have the best prices on lego sets

On the other hand they have better reliability and customer service when i initially attempted to save money by buying this set at a lower price from another seller the seller sat on my order for two weeks and then cancelled it without explanation apology or compensation
