My trainer recommended legion for the quality of their protein powder and i really like it for the most part

Overall good quality product with good amount of protein and without an overpowering flavor

We have just gotten into the blending craze and are having so much fun experimenting with different flavors and ingredients

Tastes exactly like cinnamon toast cereal or moreso the milk left after eating the cereal

It was really strange seemed like a waste of money on the packaging

Then i looked at the net weight on the packaging

Very low carb and 22 grams of protein per serving is exactly what i want from a protien powder so i am happy with this product

Hope a smores flavor comes soon and for casein as well as for whey

Besides the fact that it is nongmo and hormoneantibiotic free it is from grassfed cows

Its a little more costly but youre not gonna find a better product on the market
