Pros

The company is legit. A very respective company, and two supplements without added junk. And the texture is amazing.

Tastes great (i have used watermelon mostly) mixes very well considering it monohydrate (which usually doesn't mix completely) the banaba leaf is black when it's fully ripe. Has a great taste and mixes very easily.

Cons

The taste is disgusting. Intense stomach cramps, bloating, gas, and frequent painful diarrhea. The product seems to work well except for the fact that i get the stomach grumbles within minutes :-(.

I have a hard time understanding why one product is returnable and the other is not. Luckily the amazon customer support representative was quick to issue me a refund.

The seal of the canister was compromised and there was powder everywhere. Doesn't seem to mix well in water. Powder puddles in the bottom of the shaker.
