There has been literally no soreness the next day after an intense workout. It speeds up recovery, but you need adequate sleep. Muscle soreness is definitely less while taking this product.

The flavor is good - really as good as i could expect from a product the tout the use of natural flavorings. Chalky but fantastic. Not bad, but some thing to keep in mind if choosing between flavors.
