Pros
If you’re looking for an excellent preworkout that is high stim but without the side effects, this one is it. The only downside is the tingling from the beta-alanine.
The flavors are top notch. It tastes good and mixes well. Mint mojito is a really unique flavor. It’s sweet, but has a subtle mint flavor as well.
This one gives me great energy without overdoing it. When it comes time supplaments i'm a picky person. That does the trick for me.
Cons
The “fruit punch” taste is terribly awful and leaves a chalky residue on the pallet! Waste of money. Usually there is an additional seal under the lid with these products; either there is not and the product was never airtight, or it was also breached... Read More
I only take 200mg theanine with melatonin before i go to bed and that knocks me out. Maybe if it was 50mg i think it could be good to reduce the side effects from caffeine.

I love the face tingles from the betaalanine
The only downside i would say is the tingling from the betaalanine although this did subside after 34 uses

I am concerned if there has been any tampering involved or if your machine that places the seal over the product maybe isnt sealing properly
