The problem is that there is an error in manufacturing crossed wires i think when you select green the lights turn blue and select blue they go green

I have the controller hidden above the cabinets crown molding and the infrared still reaches the controller from the remote

I smelled something burning around the controller and assumed it got fried somehow

I popped off theback over and noticed the one power wire was resting on a circuit that got hot melted the wire covering and shorted it out

Ive purchase about 5 of these 23 of them were defected or became defected after carefully installing them

The only complaint i have is there is no manual for the remote control i havent looked online to see if there is a description for how to program diy flash setups
