I gave 4 stars and some where hard to turn on as the on off switch was in diiferent places for every ring

These are great i took them to mardi gras as throws off our float in the orpheus parade and they were a big hit the only disappointment i had was that after sitting idle for 3 months that did affect the battery life and only four out of every five would light up
