Pros

Great for gen chem/ ochem labs etc. Needed by ap chemistry class. Uses c-13 and h-1 nmr shifts for spectroscopy.

The first three pages are lined rather than gridded, for use as a table of contents. It helps you organize your labs a lot and also provides a carbon copy sheet underneath for backup.

Cons

Copy paper is hardly readable, and the spiral is really weak.
