The bag is of low quality and pretty much fell apart after a few uses so dont expect to have it with you forever

Order these when i was deployed because they didnt have any they werent broke where we were at

It does lock the weights on the barbell and does not slip during heavy deadlifts or squats but after 23 months of use the locking tab is a little loose

If you throw them into a basket they will sometimes crack from being thrown actually the rogue one was the first to crack
