Without the kt, the ache gets to 6-7 on the pain scale. Even reduced the pain during daily movement / chores. I work at a warehouse and these tape have been helping me a lot with rotator cuff pain.

It last 5 days easily, i use it on the bottom of my feet for plantar fasciitis & arch support. I shower every day, it drys quickly and some days i just hit it with the blow dryer and go.

A girl at work sweared by the stuff. This stuff is expensive though.
