Kroeger is excellent. I highly recommend this stuff, especially if your on the fence about which one to do and if you should even do it. Gold line ingredients for pennies on the dollar and they work. Simple ingredients and reliable.

Cons

Male fern root is literally poisonous. In canada they don't even allow it for human consumption, they label it for external use only. I haven't even opened the bottle to take one pill.
