This is a great combination vitamin. The pills are small and you take two, simple. This supplement by daily nutra has 60 capsules.

As much as i know krill oil and the omegas play a part in this it just did not register that not taking krill was causing my symptoms
I do only recommend items that i am satisfied with myself

These krill oil caps are so small plus they contain coq10 which is another essential for heart health

Should be telling you to take coq10 because statins deplete this yet im always surprised at how little solid info people get from their drs

I know that the companies allegedly remove the mercury from the fish oil but i would prefer starting with a clean source to begin with
