No knee tightness/stiffness the day after squatting like i was previously experiencing. They also protect my shins when deadlifting. No more knee pain while doing exercises on cement floors!

The only downside is that they do sweat/not very breathable. The sleeves are very comfortable even over my workout pants. They hide under pants well.


Cons

These knee sleeves aren’t good for longevity. While the sleeves work well their durability is garbage.

    I received my order when they said i would but the sleeves were to tight

    I received the sleeve in less than 2 days and when i tried it on it was too tight and i was barely able to lift above my knee so i contacted the support team and they replied to me the same day and they said that they will send me a larger size and that i could keep my other sleeve and i don’t have to return it
