Pros

Been taking b-12 for 8 months to help with neuropathy. I like costco supplements because they're usp verified potency and they're well priced.

Switched to this couple of moths ago. Condition seems to be improving. The product is not expired. Expiration date is.

Cons

The price is good but not with them swelling & falling apart in the containers. Expiration date is 4/18. This is at the bottom and relatively worthless.

First ingredient is sodium chloride. Technically salt is an “electrolyte’. It’s also has several other fillers that are inflammatory to most people.

The amount of niacin is not consistent. Presumably, this makes these tablets cheaper to manufacture, and is probably why the label advises only 1 tablet per day.
