I contacted customer service and they immediately responded offering to ship out another device which also happened to have a different color wristband and said she could keep both

Its a bit tough to get to grips with as the instructions are very poor

But once you get it its simple to operate and very controlable and although weve used it we have not needed it but experimenting with it seems good and tracking seems to work ok phone calls are clear
