Our move didnt finish within two hours but they charged overtime fee by 15minute time step not hourly so what i had to pay was just for the time they actually worked

The only point i would suggest for the future was that in my first move they didnt bring a dolly with them to move multiple boxes at once so they were carrying each box by hand

They email all the estimate details for the move so you have the hourly rates plus fees written down they also text reminders before your move confirming the date which was very helpful
