Pros

It feels so sturdy and well made. The only negative worth mentioning is that at over twenty pounds empty, this box is heavy. Sturdy and can carry a ton of tools.

Great box. Sad to find such a great box to be discontinued. Other senior mechanics have the same box and said it has lasted over 20 years. He has a large one on casters, but this smaller cantilever box is of the same quality.

Fantastic craftsmanship all round. Fit and finish is close to perfect, as is the functionality. Kennedy is well renowned with trades of all kinds and will definitely gain compliments from experienced craftsman.

The dividers are aluminum and are adjustable. The shelves help to organize tools and it’s easy to grab what you need at a glance. Has plastic dividers, wish they were made of metal.

I wish they put recessed side handles on this box. Upper trays glide smoothly, and the box latches securely. All the drawers move smooth, the clasp all work great and are lined up perfectly.

But im not using them all that much except to keep things from sliding around in the bins

This is my first hinged cantilever tool box and i like the way the trays lift out of the way when you open it up

I pulled some tools i use less often and got it to 60lbs

I use this tool box for my job as a professional glazier

With my tools loaded up with plenty of room to spare it weighed in at 70lbs
