Pros
Just started using the system a week ago to deal with incontinence. Found it easiest to use while in the shower. You know that feeling that your guts are trying to come out after child birth? Other than that, they seem to work.
Very nice package. Discreet plastic case and nice instruction pamphlet.
These are great and really help with the tightening of the kegel muscles. They seem a bit pricey for what they are, but overall seem to work well.
Cons
The cord is made of fish nylon clasped together with some cheap metal clip and again a health hazard. Don't buy this.

Good quality comes in a nice storage case with instructions
The hinge on the box broke right away unfortunately but this in no way reflects on the quality of the product
I was sent the new model right away and i feel much more comfortable with the silicone and all one piece
Packaging/appearance
I put my left leg on the back of the tub and insert it with no problem
Also the fishing line doesnt want to stay put in the box and every time i try to close it one or more sneaks out the side

It looks like the plastic cases can open which means dirt and such could get inside the case possibly
